No! Due to the law in both Georgia and Florida we are not allowed to purchase or sell any alcohol for your event. No need to worry though! We strive to make the entire process extremely easy and we make sure to provide everything else you will need for your event! Minus the alcohol obviously.
Each event is entirely different. It will mainly depend on your guest count and how long you plan to book us. We'll help calculate everything in order to prepare and plan accordingly for your event! We are not reliable if you run out of alcohol at your event.
Before each event we'll work together to create your custom bar menu. You'll receive your alcohol buying guide shortly after your bar menu is finalized and confirmed. Your bar menu can be filled with alcohol that is more common or something more unique. We can even rename beverages just for your event. The possibilities are endless!
You can purchase the alcohol from wherever you choose since by law you have to provide it all. We'll share our recommendations if you have no idea where to look or go!
Of course we do! We love mocktails just as much as we love cocktails! Your bar menu can be designed exactly how you want it. You won't even be able to tell or taste the difference between our mocktails and cocktails. Above you will see the list of beverages we can serve. You will receive the full experience regardless of what beverages you choose!
Absolutely! We have General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance. We are also ServSafe Certified. Your event venue may require additional insurance which we are not responsible for. Please let us know if your event venue is requesting proof. We would be happy to send everything directly to them!
Yes we do! When you book with us we block off our entire day for your event and your event only. A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid. Your date is not confirmed until your non-refundable 50% deposit is received which can be paid electronically. The remainder balance is due one week before your event.
It's no surprise what the weather may bring here in the South! We'll be there as long as your event is still on. You're responsible for tent coverage in the event of inclement weather. We'll work with your tent vendor if requested to ensure we have the appropriate size tent. We understand if the event is delayed due to weather. You will not be charged anything additional due to mother nature. If it came down to rescheduling please keep in mind we may be booked far out. We do are best to accommodate everybody in this situation!
We service Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida. Anything further than 50 miles of our location will incur our travel fee. Our current travel fee is $1.50 per mile. If you reside in our hometown of Brevard County we will waive the travel fee as we are thrilled to bring our Tap Trailer back home for any event!
Our trailer is 14' L x 7' W x 7' H. We tow it with our truck but we are able to push it around if necessary. We can only fit inside if the venue has double door access or garage door access. Setting up inside must be approved by your venue ahead of time and we need to know in advance. It's very important to confirm the venue size and door size to make sure we'll properly fit!
