Start by filling out the form below! We'll be in touch shortly after you've submitted it. We want to answer any and all questions you may have while also gathering as much information that we can about your event!
We'll email over your invoice and contract based on all the information we discussed. You'll review it and sign once you're officially ready to book us. Your 50% non-refundable deposit will be due in order to confirm and secure your event date.
After all the paperwork is done we get to have fun! We'll work to create a custom menu for your event. Once your menu is finalized you'll receive an alcohol buying guide of everything you'll need to purchase if alcohol is required.
You'll work to check off your alcohol buying guide. You can either purchase everything on your own or we love to throw out the idea of hosting your own stock the bar party! How and where you purchase your alcohol is entirely up to you.
Your event is right around the corner! The remainder balance is due one week before your event. We also prefer to have all the alcohol in our possession by this time in order to make sure we have everything accounted for and prepared!
The day has finally come! We'll arrive about 2 hours early to begin the set up process. We want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. We'll work hard to give you and your guests an unforgettable experience! Time to party!
