Booking is extremely easy! Simply fill out the Event Inquiry found below. We will be in contact with you shortly after we have received your submission!

Each Glamp Station is approximately 75" L X 40” W. We do our best to configure the layout but it is your responsibility to ensure your space is large enough to accommodate each Glamp Station. If you are unsure please send us an image of your space with all necessary measurement information so we can better assist you! We cannot move or lift any furniture that may be in the way so please ensure you have an open and clutter free space prior to our arrival! Our Glamp Stations are to be used inside only and we do require your space to be smoke free!

Absolutely! It is our top priority to ensure each Glamper has a crisp and clean Glamp Station! Everything we supply is properly sanitized and freshly laundered before the next use! We use Tide Free & Gentle to prevent against allergies. Although we love Furbabies of all kind we do ask that you keep them away from each Glamp Station! This will prevent against allergies and the possibility of an accident occurring on our equipment!

Just remember you are never too old to plan the best SLUMBER PARTY! This experience is best tailored to those 5 and up! Anyone under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission advises to never allow any child under the age of 15 months to sleep on an inflatable air mattress as doing so poses a risk of suffocation to the child. Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any form of accident!

We typically schedule set up the morning of the event and pick up the following day. Specific times vary based on when your Glampers arrive and depart! There is an additional fee if you would like to book our equipment for more than one day.

We service Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida! Travel is included if your event location is within Camden County. Any location outside of Camden County will require an additional flat rate fee which would be added to your invoice.

Yes we do! We require a non-refundable 50% deposit in order to secure your desired date. Your Big Dream Glamping experience is not confirmed until your non-refundable 50% deposit is received. The remainder balance is due one week prior to your event. We invoice directly through Square which is both convenient and secure!

We understand life can hit us with the unexpected! If you need to reschedule please notify us as soon as possible! A change of date is based on our availability at the time. We do are best to accommodate everybody in this situation! If you would like to cancel we require a written notice no later than one week prior to your event. You will be refunded 50% of your invoice if you paid in full at the time of booking and have cancelled on time.

If an item becomes damaged or lost please notify us of the incident right away. In the event an item is damaged or lost you will be responsible for the full cost to fix or replace that item. We try our best to remedy the situation and make it as cost effective to you as possible!
